Message Centre 101 (2006)
Interactive media (web technologies and javascript)
Message Centre 101 is an arts project aimed at subverting the complex technology of the internet, and all its communicative possibility, in order to make it behave like its early predecessors, specifically Morse code. The web-based system allows you to type an ordinary alphanumeric message into a text box which is then translated into Morse code. The translated message is then made visible through animated sequences of flashlight images. The system uses email to alert your correspondent to the fact that there is a message waiting for them to view and provides a link for them by which to retrieve it.
You can view the use the message Centre 101 site to send messages to your friends here:

Cerebral Records (2001)
Experimental navigation (flash)
The work presented here is a prototype design for the cerebral records web site. It is a showcase of the interaction paradigm that uses flash animation. It is not populated with data. I designed, built and coded everything you can see in the site.

Fun Box (2001)
Experimental flash game (flash)
This is a flash game that I designed, built and coded as part of my Multimedia Postgraduate Diploma. It was originally embedded in another site but here it is shown on its own. The controls are a little tricky to get used to (use the left arrow key to start moving and press any other arrow key just before you hit the jump). I animated the rider by taking clips from video (a la Hilman Curtis). I like it when he pulls a trick.
